Shipping & Returns


Colors may vary slightly between fabric types and from what you see on the screen. This is normal; we do NOT color match.


These are estimates only. We cannot guarantee them although we will do our absolute best to stick to them.


PBBackdrops has no control over, and is not responsible for, any delays in shipping/delivery. Weather, carrier, and shipping concerns, may all impact your delivery date. Please consider allowing for additional shipping time (at least 2 days) to be sure you receive your order by your desired date.

For non-USA ORDERS, we will be in touch with you with the ACTUAL shipping cost, processed separately. The shipping is NOT free - we simply cannot process it in the shopping cart on International Orders.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You will have this option when we contact you with respect to your order. If we do not contact you, either because shipping is free or because it is a flat shipping charge, then your order will ship with the carrier we choose.


PBBackdrops is not responsible for taxes and duties on any products shipped to other countries.


All Sales are Final unless damaged. If a product is damaged we will replace that same product. If we can not accommodate this, then we will issue a full refund.

All backdrops are custom-made to order. Due to the nature of the product, custom-printed backdrops (and other customized fabric products) are not eligible for refund. If PBBackdrops does agree to refund a custom order for anything other than damage, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving the returned merchandise. But only once PB Backdrops has inspected and cleared the merchandise of damage.

IMPORTANT: You must check your order within 30 days of receiving it. If there are errors in printing or construction you must let PB Backdrops know within those 30 days so we may address it and issue a return authorization and/or refund. Requests received after 30 days may NOT be eligble for return or refund.
