Our Next Day 10-Foot Event Tent is the next level in outdoor advertising. Achieve 360 degrees of branding with a custom full fabric dye sub canopy and hardware package. 

The canopy is printed and sewn Weather Resistant Tent Polyester. You can print your brand message on each of the four sides/peaks. Our large-format full-color capabilities take the artwork from seam to seam - unlike competitor tents that rely on small vinyl applications. 

Heavy duty hex shape 40 mm. aluminum hardware gives the tent strength in outdoor installations. Telescopic legs allow you to adjust the height, and the interior lattice expands the tent interior with the crank of a handle. Each leg has a foot plate ready to be staked to the ground. (Ropes, stakes, and standard carrying bag included with hardware).

Speeds & Deadlines on overnight: Get us your print materials before 11am PST and it will ship Next Business Day (not including Saturday & Sunday) using Federal Express Overnight Shipping. If you order on Monday before the 11am cut-off, for example, it will ship Tuesday and arrive Wednesday. Please call if order is placed after 11am; we will do our best to do same day processing.

This product does not support discounts or coupons. Note that this includes the 5% that we sometimes offer. Any coupons used for it will not be honored. If you do have a coupon, please speak to us first.

How to Submit Your Artwork/Graphics

If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.

If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.

Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.

Your print files MUST adhere to the following:

  • Template size specs must be observed
  • Resolution: 150dpi
  • File size MUST be under 300 MB
  • Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
  • PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.

Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.

Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.

Request Mockup:

If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Mockup (see checkout options) so you can proof it. This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the proofing - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

Copyright Notice:

Before you upload your artwork, please make sure you have the copyright or that you are authorized to use the images or files. PB Backdrops is not responsible for any copyright infringement.

INSTRUCTIONS & FILES FOR YOUR CUSTOM DESIGNS

  1. Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
  2. When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).

Order Notes
  • Production time is 24 business hours after order is placed and we have 100% print-ready artwork in hand, then Federal Express Overnight Shipping. 
  • Please note that these products are made-to-order and therefore only exchangeable in the event of damage upon arrival. You must inform us of any issues within 72 hours of arrival.
  • Where applicable, PB Backdrops is not responsible for tension products ordered in the wrong size. If ordering a backdrop, we make every effort to inform you of our stand sizes. If you chose to use a stand other than ours, we can only guarantee fitment for stand sizes we provide. There are no Returns or Exchanges since all backdrops are custom-printed to order.
  • International Orders - for sale in the USA only.
  • PB Backdrops is not responsible for shipping carrier delays. We ensure that the products will ship as promised, but once it leaves our hands we have no control of shipping issues. No refunds will be given due to shipping carrier issues. 
  • Packaging: Keep an eye out for your delivery. It may not arrive in PBBackdrops-branded packaging, depending on where we ship from.
General Terms
  • Pricing Errors: everyone makes mistakes, including us. If we "mess up" on pricing, please note that we have the right to adjust it. We will always contact you first.
  • Screen Colors: the exact product colors may vary from what you see above. Different screens show colors slightly differently.
  • Print Colors & Print Color Matching: colors may vary slightly between fabric types and from what you see on the screen. This is normal; we do NOT color match.
  • Production and shipping times: these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee them although we will do our absolute best to stick to them.
  • Shipping Labels & Tracking: shipping labels may be generated before production is complete. If so, tracking details will not be available until your product ships.
  • Shipping/Delivery: PBBackdrops has no control over, and is not responsible for, any delays in shipping/delivery. Weather, carrier, and shipping concerns, may all impact your delivery date. Please consider allowing for additional shipping time (at least 2 days) to be sure you receive your order by your desired date.
  • Shipping Rates: Higher shipping rates apply to the following (and may also apply to others not listed here: Costa Rica, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Jamaica, Guam, Panama, South Africa. We will all or email you to discuss rates.
  • Taxes & duties: PBBackdrops is not responsible for taxes and duties on any products shipped to other countries.
