Super Easy Setup Backlit Lightbox Counter For Your Next Custom-Branded Display

Our Backlit Lightbox Counter is designed to help heighten your display experience. It is illuminated with LED edge lights that are reliable and energy efficient. Each kit includes:2 single-sided SEG dye sublimated backlit fabric graphics (for amazing, photo-realistic vibrancy), 1 strong and durable aluminum frame, and bright LED lighting. Each kit also comes with a travel bag for easy transportation and storage.

The light box display counter has a low profile frame that appears frame-less from the front for a smooth edge-to-edge graphic display. The aluminum frame is easy to assemble, and the SEG backlit fabric graphics are easy to attach to the frame, just simply press the SEG straps into the grooves of the frame.

The Backlit Lightbox Counter is available in two widths: 2.8ft x 3.3ft (rectangle), and 3.3ft x 3.3ft (square).

About SEG: SEG displays like this one use a silicone edge graphic (SEG), printed on a special, high-quality tension fabric, to create a seamless and visually striking presentation. The silicone fits into a channel on the display frame, creating a taut and smooth surface without any visible seams or wrinkles. The display is borderless, the graphic is glare-free, and it can be seen from all angles. Changing out the SEG graphic is a breeze; setting up the frame is a snap.

How to Submit Your Artwork/Graphics

If PB Backdrops is handling your custom designs, you don't need the following information. Add the Custom Design option to your order (above) and we will follow up.

If your artwork is ready to submit before you purchase this product, you can include it in the Graphics Upload (above) with your order.

Unless you're using our design services, we require "print-ready" files from you for all your custom artwork. Please note that if we have to make changes to your file, there is a surcharge.

Your print files MUST adhere to the following:

  • Template size specs must be observed
  • Resolution: 150dpi
  • File size MUST be under 300 MB
  • Acceptable file types: JPG, PDF
  • PDF Files MUST have images unembedded & fonts outlined (ai) and all die-lines removed. In the event we need to do additional work on your file we will ask for the original non-print-ready version.

Canva Users: Resolution and sizing restrictions within Canva may not always meet the requirements for high-quality large-format printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the print outcome if your designs are created exclusively in Canva. For best results, we recommend working with professional design software that supports high-resolution, large-scale designs.

Again, please follow the above-stated requirements. Any print files we have to "fix" are subject to a surchage.

Request Mockup:

If you are submitting your own completed design, note that the final product may not turn out as you expect. We suggest you request a Mockup (see checkout options) so you can proof it. This gives you the chance to see the final product before it goes to print. You may waive the proofing - but please understand that you also waive your right to contest the design once it has printed.

  1. Download instructions and/or templates below. These contain the dimensions you will need.
  2. When you are finished creating/editing your design, send it to us using the Custom Graphics Upload feature (CLICK HERE). You can also send it to the email address on your Order Confirmation Email - be sure to indicate what product it's for (best way is to add your invoice #).

Order Notes
  • All Customized Tension Fabric products are made to order unless otherwise specified. Production time is 2-3 business days from the time we receive your approved artwork and then 4-7 days in the air to you if you are in the Continental U.S., 4-10 days outside the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.
  • International Orders - Are accepted for this product and shipping price is included. 
  • PB Backdrops is not responsible for taxes and duties on any products shipped to other countries.
General Terms
  • Pricing Errors: everyone makes mistakes, including us. If we "mess up" on pricing, please note that we have the right to adjust it. We will always contact you first.
  • Screen Colors: the exact product colors may vary from what you see above. Different screens show colors slightly differently.
  • Print Colors & Print Color Matching: colors may vary slightly between fabric types and from what you see on the screen. This is normal; we do NOT color match.
  • Production and shipping times: these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee them although we will do our absolute best to stick to them.
  • Shipping Labels & Tracking: shipping labels may be generated before production is complete. If so, tracking details will not be available until your product ships.
  • Shipping/Delivery: PBBackdrops has no control over, and is not responsible for, any delays in shipping/delivery. Weather, carrier, and shipping concerns, may all impact your delivery date. Please consider allowing for additional shipping time (at least 2 days) to be sure you receive your order by your desired date.
